Reasons to Leave

Reasons to Leave is a series of documentary portraits that investigates the new Chinese immigrants of Canada. Specifically, those young generation Chinese who decided to came to Canada to seek a more balance life despite the heavy financial cost of studying abroad. As a young Asian man who has experienced both the eastern and western lifestyle, I find work that relates to this topic to be rather scarce, and I believe that it is essential to tell the untold stories behind these individuals.
